Event Logistics
Everything you need to know
before August 27th.
Here's how Cage Rage 2026 runs from our side — staffing, setup, load-in, placement, and everything that happens after the event.

Load-In: 3:30 – 5:30 PM
Booth Boxx arrives 2–2.5 hours before the event start for setup. We handle all equipment transport, positioning, and tech testing. A venue contact or event staff member should be available to confirm placement and power access. We require one standard 110V outlet within 25 feet of the booth setup location.

Event Runs: 6:00 – 8:30 PM
Full 2.5-hour activation window. All booths are staffed and running from the moment doors open. For Experience 2 and 3, the Roamer deploys onto the field immediately while the stationary booth is active on the concourse. Attendants manage guest flow, assist with props, and capture video clips throughout.

Breakdown: 8:30 – 9:00 PM
Full equipment breakdown takes approximately 30 minutes. All Booth Boxx equipment, props, and materials are removed completely. No cleanup required from UH staff.

Post-Event Delivery: Within 48 Hours
Full digital gallery delivered via download link. All video clips from the Roamer organized and ready for UH social team use. Lead data (guest emails + phone numbers) delivered in a clean spreadsheet. All files are yours to keep — no licensing fees, no restrictions.

Staffing
All experiences include professional branded attendants — staffing scales with your experience. All attendants wear Booth Boxx branded attire and are trained on guest engagement.

Weather Policy
Booth Boxx does not set up in rain or extreme heat without a covered tent structure. The concourse location at TDECU provides built-in cover. Outdoor events in August require prior approval and a covered setup area. If weather forces cancellation on the day of, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
