Add ons
Memory Guestbook $150
We’ll provide an extra print for each guest along with materials for them to write a personal, heartfelt message, capturing the emotion of your special day. At the end of the event, you’ll receive a photo book filled with all the photos and messages, creating a beautiful keepsake to cherish forever.
Post Event Prints $100
Not printing on-site but still want copies of all the photos? We’ve got you covered! With our post-event prints, we’ll mail you all the photos after the event, so you can enjoy them at your convenience.
Late Nights
Any event that ends after 11 pm CST will incur a late-night fee of 10%.
Additional Time $150/hr
Add additional service time to your event if needed!
Custom Backdrops
We can craft unique backdrops tailored to your theme and style. Prices vary and start at $350. Please note, that in most cases we need at least 30 days to bring your vision to life.
Travel
Travel within a 20-mile radius of 77054 is free. Anything outside of this zone will be subject to travel fee at a rate of $1/mile
Idle Hours $50/hr
Book an idle hour, and we'll handle the early setup or pause your service hours during dinner or speeches.
Fees
Video Guestbook $200
Capture vibrant video messages from your guests. We will give them prompts to answer such as Date night ideas or marriage advice.
Custom Props $80
Our custom props are made using high quality PVC. The custom prop can be an image, logo or simply a word.
Holidays
Events that take place on holidays such as New years, Halloween etc will incur a holiday fee. The fee will vary depending on the holiday.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We require a $250 non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. While the retainer is non-refundable, if you need to cancel, we offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling if you provide sufficient notice (30 days or more before your event date).

For most experiences, we require a space of at least 10x10 with access to power. Smaller venue? No power source? No problem. Let us know so we can discuss your options. Please note any outside set ups require pre-approval.

Yes! We carry General liability insurance with $1,000,000 in coverage which can be provided to your venue If needed.

Almost All of our photo experiences include an attendant to manage the booth and guide your guests.

An open-air photo booth can typically accommodate a group of around 6 to 10 people comfortably, depending on the setup and the space available. Some setups might even fit more if you have a larger backdrop and enough room.

Absolutely. Almost every single part of our photo experience is customizable including the backdrop!

Yes, setup is included! Our team typically arrives 60-90 minutes before your event for setup and takes about 30 minutes for breakdown afterward. If you need us to arrive earlier or breakdown outside of these windows, we offer idle hours at $50 per hour to accommodate your schedule.

Maybe. Any outside events require prior approval. Please note We will not set up outside during the day in the Summer months.

Yes we serve Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, and the greater Houston area (a small travel fee may apply beyond our core radius).

Booth Boxx experiences start at $600 for the Digital Booth and go up to $1,200 for the 360 Booth, with most 3-hour Houston packages in between.
